  18. This is one of the largest collection of VISUAL BASIC programming tools 
  19. ever put together on one CD-ROM.  There are 17,000 files in 2000+ 
  20. directories with over 700Mb of data.

  23. HOW THE FILES ARE ORGANIZED
  24. ---------------------------
  25. There are over 700Mb of programs on this CD-ROM, making it a big 
  26. undertaking to organize the data.  In fact, there are more files than this
  27. CD-ROM can hold.  We have cut some files from the original collection.
  28. Since it is impossible to test each program individually, the editors 
  29. rely on program documentations  to category the programs.  
  30.  
  31. Each program is classified according to the function it does.  In some
  32. cases, programs that serve multiple functions are put in TOOLKIT directory. 
  33.  
  34. Three quick ways to figure out if the program is VB4 or 32 bit are: 
  35.   1. If the files are dated after 10/95
  36.   2. The file name has "32" at the end, like NAME32.EXE
  37.   3. Files with OCX extension
  38.
